From deep in the untamed Bering Sea, these magnificent shellfish rule.  Since 1930 Chatka has braved the wild and uninviting tides to carefully source what has been termed 'Red Gold'.  Red king crabs can weigh up to 12kg and measure up to 1.8m in wingspan.
The nutrient-rich, icy waters of the sea give it an unparalleled quality.  Red king crab has a pronounced flavour and a pleasant texture on par if not better than lobster.
